At Jae Studio, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail and quality. As many of our garments are made-to-order, we kindly ask that you review our shipping timelines before placing an order.

## Production Timeline

All orders are processed and produced within 14 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.

Please note that production timelines may vary slightly during peak festive and wedding seasons. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.

## Shipping Timeline

Once your order is completed, it will be dispatched through our shipping partners and typically delivered within 3–5 working days across India.

## Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and shipping details will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp.

## Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Jae Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural calamities
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

## Shipping Address

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. Jae Studio will not be responsible for delays or additional shipping charges arising from incorrect address information.
